Did God leave us? Is that why tragedies like Uvalde happen?

Absolutely not. God has not left us. As His children, He lives within us by His Holy Spirit. He promises in His Word that He will never leave nor forsake us. So what do I mean, “bring God back”?

This is my thought: Bring God back to the throne of our hearts.

First, it starts with God’s children being surrendered completely to His will and His leading. As we are walking closely with Him, we will know His heart on matters. We will care to stand up where we need to stand up, pray and stand in the gap.

Secondly, God needs to be welcomed back into America’s government and leadership. Their leadership should not be based on opinions or preferences but the Word of God. Anything short of that will leave us lacking.

Is He welcomed into our personal lives? Is He welcomed into the entertainment we choose? Is He welcomed into our personal conversations and thoughts?

Getting rid of guns, knives, hammers and other weapons can no more take care of this sin problem than getting rid of coffee would prevent anyone from burning themselves. The problem is sin in the human heart. Human hearts need redemption. Humans NEED Christ.

Pray with me for hearts everywhere to see their need for God and to turn back to HIM. We need redemption; personally and worldwide.

Yes, Jesus is still the answer.
